As the Founder and CEO of CLOSED, Devan brings a unique background as a real estate attorney and technology consultant to Fortune 500 C-level executives with the world’s largest technology research firm. Devan is a featured speaker, presenting to thousands on the future of title technology. Devan has created and led strategy and driven growth for title joint venture operations across the country. He works with our development team to continuously improve our technology platform. Devan is relentlessly focused on ensuring that CLOSED’s joint venture partners fully benefit from CLOSED’s technology platform and expert consulting team. Admitted to practice in Florida, Devan has years of experience in real estate, title and land use law. Devan graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Gustavus Adolphus College and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis. Prior to attending Gustavus, Devan studied at the Center for Talent Development at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois beginning at the age of 13. Devan resides in Fort Lauderdale with his wife and four children. Devan is a huge EDM (electronic dance music) fan, as all of his neighbors are thoroughly aware.
