Damien Baldwin

Damien is a closing specialist based in Knoxville, TN. He is a recent honors graduate of Pellissippi State Community College with an Associate’s degree in Applied Science of Paralegal Studies. Damien’s background makes him an extremely well rounded closing specialist. After working in the fields of residential finance and premier mortgage funding, he also gained experience as a real estate paralegal and a loan originator. Damien is a master in customer satisfaction, as the meat of his prior experience involved a customer service concentration. He won 4 J.D. Power and Associates Customer Satisfaction awards with two organizations, which speaks to his extensive skill level.
